Who we are

What this site collects

Nothing, unless you send it. There are no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party scripts. The only thing stored in your browser is the theme you pick with the header toggle, in local storage, and only if you use the toggle.

Forms

The contact, Closing Workflow Review, and checklist forms send what you type (name, work email, institution, and any optional fields) to a Bookend-operated endpoint, which delivers it to Bookend by email through a transactional email provider. We use it to reply to you, to send you the checklist you asked for, and to follow up about the Bookend platform. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else. Ask and we will delete it.

Server logs

The site is served by a content delivery network that keeps ordinary request logs (IP address, user agent, URL, time) for security and operations, for a limited period, under the network’s own policy.

Bank data

This site never receives loan documents or customer data. The Bookend platform runs inside a bank’s own network, and its data handling is described at usebookend.com/security.
